How does the migration work?
The migration is an automatic process that will migrate customers from Sensor2Web to RmoniWeb. Customers will be informed 8 weeks ahead when they are due for migration. A few things are created automatically:
- Sensor probe names (or sensor alias)
- Alarm settings
- Address book
Only one login will be created automatically. Ofcourse, the customer can create additional logins. There is no limit to the number of logins. If a report plan is used in Sensor2Web, then these needs to be re-created in RmoniWeb. A customer only needs to do / check a few things:
- Check whether the alarms are set up correctly
- Check whether the sensor names are set up correctly and linked to the correct organizational unit (location / department)
- (Optional) create additional logins
- (Optional) create report plans
- (Optional) create alarm blocking
How do the changes in RmoniWeb translate to Sensor2Web?
Navigating through the RmoniWeb webplatform is modern and intuitive. The three main functions from Sensor2Web can be found on the left hand side of the screen in RmoniWeb. Please see below how this translates:

What's new in RmoniWeb compared to Sensor2Web?
