Alarm buzzers


The alarm buzzers page shows all alarm buzzers. An alarm buzzer is a beacon, buzzer or light that will go off once an alarm occurs. Each row represents an alarm buzzer. Per row the following information is shown:


  • Status 
    Shows the alarm status of a buzzer, consisting of:
    • No alarm - Indicated by a green label with a checkmark icon
    • Currently in Alarm Indicated by an orange label with a warning icon
    • Muted - Indicated by a grey label with a muted icon


  • Alias
    Shows the alias of the device


  • Recipient
    Shows the recipient of the alerts


  • Active alarm period
    Shows the current number of alarm periods that are active. Without cascade enabled, the buzzer remains active until there are no active alarm periods remaining or if it is muted.


  • Unacknowledged active alarm periods (Only shown if Cascade is active for tenant)
    Shows the unacknowledged active alarm periods. The buzzer will remain active until there are no unacknowledged active alarm periods or if it is muted.


Each alarm can be muted at the right side of each row. If an alarm is muted, the status will change. By hovering of the status more information about muting is shown:

  • Date it was muted
  • User it was muted by
