Check out all features and enhancements for the RmoniWeb January 2026 update (v2.3.0).
This release introduces a major update to the reporting functionality. It includes the following features and enhancements:
- Updated report filters
The available report filters for checklists have been updated. Only specific, logical filter combinations (using radio buttons) are now supported to ensure optimal report content. As a result, illogical report configurations are no longer available, as they provided limited value.
- Update summary report
The summary report has been completely overhauled. We’ve refreshed the entire look and feel of the report and updated the available components.New components:
Status per process (E.g. how do incoming good checks perform compared to storage checks)
Score based on frequency (E.g. how do daily checks perform compared to weekly checks)
Removed components
Number of active users
Number of too late / not completed
Changed components:
Average total score → Average completion score
Number of exceptions → Average quality score
Top 5 scores per organizational unit → Best scores per location
Worst 5 scores per organizational unit → Worst scores per location
Top 5 organizational units with the most exceptions → Most exceptions per location
Top 5 checklists with the most exceptions → Most exceptions per checklist
Top 5 checklists too late / not completed → Most not completed / too late checklists (based on backdating setting)
If a component is not selected, it is no longer shown as “No data”. Unselected components are now automatically moved up, improving overall visibility.
Additional report filters
We've added additional report filters for Summary reports. We now allow to filter on checklist process as well.
- Report version
The report versions are now shown in each report.
- Allow pictures in reports
Pictures are now included in reports. These are selectable in reports and can be opened full screen.
- Better report insights
Report statuses are now tracked and displayed. For example, if a report generation fails due to file size, this will be visible on the report history and notification pages. Reports can also be retried directly from the report history page.
- Updated dashboard filter
The filter of the Basic dashboard has been updated to a multi-select filter. Now multiple organizational units can be selected instead of one.
- Changed order of sensor menu-items
The order of the sensor menu items has been updated. Manage Sensors has been moved lower in the list, as other menu items are more relevant for daily operations and are used more frequently.
- Replaced the System Health page
The menu-item System Health has been placed under Administration.
- Technical update
RmoniWeb has undergone a technical update to improve overall performance, stability and maintainability of the platform. As part of this update, some functionalities may appear slightly different, but the core features and workflows remain the same.
