How to reset my password?
You can reset your account by following these easy steps:
- Step 1: Go to our Forgot password page
- Step 2: Enter the customer name
- Step 3: Enter your E-mail adress and click on Submit
- Step 4: We'll sent you an E-mail to reset your password.
- Step 5: Open the E-mail and click on Reset to reset your password
- Step 6: Enter your new password twice and click on Submit,
- Step 7: That's it, you're ready to go! You'll be logged in automatically.
Step 1: Go to our Forgot password page
- Use this link or click on Forgot password on our login page
Step 2: Enter the customer name
- Make sure the customer name is correct. If this is empty or the wrong customer name is entered, you won't be able to reset your password.
Step 3: Enter your E-mail address and click on Submit
- Enter the E-mail address linked to your account, so we'll know where to send the password reset E-mail
Step 4: We'll sent you an E-mail to reset your password
- You will receive an E-mail to reset your password. If you don't get an email within a few minutes, please re-try.
Step 5: Open the E-mail and click on Reset to reset your password
- You've got mail! Next to some general information you'll find a Reset button. Click on the button to reset your password. If the button doesn't work you can find the right link to copy in your browser at the bottom of the E-mail.
Step 6: Enter your new password twice and click on Submit
- Enter your password twice. and click on Submit to make sure you're password is reset.
Step 7: That's it, you're ready to go! You'll be logged in automatically.
